Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present application has been registered inadvertently as bail application but it is required to be registered as criminal appeal since the order of rejection of bail to child in conflict with law (CCL) is an appealable one, the present application has to be registered as criminal appeal. 3.

In view of the averment made in the I.A. Application and taking into consideration the submission advanced on behalf of the petitioner, it is considered that the present application should have been registered as criminal appeal instead of BLAPL and Office is accordingly directed to change the nomenclature of application as criminal appeal.

In such view of the matter, Registry is requested for listing of the matter in assigned with kind approval of Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
