The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to correct the R.O.R. under Annexure-1 published in the name of Shree Raghunath Jew Bije Khuntana in the district of Balasore.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the remedy under Section 15(b) of the Orissa Survey and Settlement Act, 1958.

Considering such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
