1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The petitioners are in custody since 23.01.2022 in connection with Koraput GRP P.S. Case No.03 of 2022 corresponding to T.R. Case No.18 of 2022 pending in the court of learned Special Judgecum-Addl. Sessions Judge, Koraput for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 20(b)(ii) of NDPS Act.

4. Considering the submissions, materials on record and the fact that the seized contraband is less than commercial quantity being 9.500 kg of ganja and the fact that charge-sheet has already been submitted. I am inclined to allow prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court

on each date of posting of the case without fail.

5. The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
