1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. Grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that though he has been selected provisionally and his name finds place at serial No.19 of the provisional merit list for engagement as "Shikhya Sahayak, 2010-11" in the district of Koraput, but the authority has appointed up to serial No.15 of the said merit list. The petitioner claims that since his name finds place at serial No.19 of the provisional merit list, he should have been issued appointment letter. But the authority chose to exclude him. Being aggrieved by the action of the opposite parties, the petitioner has filed a representation before the opposite party No.3- Collector, Koraput, which is pending since 18.01.2022.

4. In view of such facts, the opposite party No.3- Collector, Koraput is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by passing a reasoned order as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month of

5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
