Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

In course of submission, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that along with the format required for grant of permission, the Petitioner has also made the required deposit as appearing at Annexure-9 series.

Mr.D.Mohapatra, learned counsel for the contesting O.Ps. submits that in the event the Petitioner has already submitted the request, vide necessary format along with deposit, O.Ps.2 & 3 should be permitted to take decision on the same within a reasonable period.

In the process, this Court while disposing of the Writ Petition observes, in the event the Petitioner has the desired format already
