This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This interim application has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 28th July, 2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid Criminal Misc. Case. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 4.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that in paragraph-3 of the order dated 28th July, 2022, inadvertently it has been mentioned "charge sheet has been filed", but charge sheet has not been filed till date.

In view of such submission, this Court directs that such inadvertent error should not weigh in the mind of the Court in seisin over the matter while considering the prayer for bail. 6.

In view of the aforesaid, the time to surrender of the Petitioner before the court below is extended to another two weeks from today.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
