This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the District Education Officer, Cuttack (the First Appellate Authority under RTI Act) to dispose of RTI Appeal No.464 of 2018 at an early date.

Mr. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department by filing an affidavit submits that the RTI Appeal No.464 of 2018 has already been disposed of since 30th April, 2018.

In that view of the matter, Mr. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner does not want to press this writ petition. 5.
