1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The petitioners are in custody since 30.07.2021 in connection with Bada Bazar P.S. Case No.209 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1700 of 2020 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Berhampur for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 341/294/323/326/307/387/506/34 read with Sections 25 (1-B)(a)/27 of Arms Act.

4. Considering the submissions, materials on record and the period of detention in custody and the fact that charge-sheet has already been submitted. I am inclined to allow prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the

trial Court on each date of posting of the case and in case of even a single default, the Court below shall pass appropriate orders to take him to the custody again. Further he shall report before the IIC of Bada Bazar Police Station, Berhampur on every Monday at 10 a.m. till conclusion of the trial and such fact shall be certified by the IIC of the concerned Court once in every month.

5. The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
