This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the State.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Opposite Parties to grant 1st RACP with Grade Pay of Rs.4600/- and 2nd RACP with Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- on completion of 10/20 years of continuous service at the stage of 1st/2nd financial upgradation under RACPS issued vide Resolution No.3560/F dated 06.02.20213 of the Finance Department in accordance with ORSP Rules, 2008 taking into consideration the grant of similar benefits to other employees in Government order at Annexure-4. 4.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has filed a representation before the Sub-Collector,
// 2 // Kuchina, Opposite Party No.4 on 29.07.2021 under Annexure-6, but the said Opposite Party No.4 has not considered the representation of the Petitioner as of now.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that he has no objection if a direction is given to the Opposite Party No.4 to consider the representation of the Petitioner within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the aforesaid submission, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the Sub-Collector, Kuchinda, Opposite Party No.4 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 29.07.2021 under Annexure-6 taking into consideration the decision under Annexure-4 within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It is needless to mention here that the representation of the Petitioner shall be considered by passing a speaking and reasoned order on the same. Any decision taken on the same shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 7.
With the aforesaid direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
