2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

3. It appears that the huge quantity of Ganja that is going 3Qntls 30 Kg 750 gms was seized from the exclusive and conscious possession of the petitioner and two others persons. Having regard to the quantity of contraband. I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore rejected.

4. The BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
