In reducing his prayer in the writ petition, Mr.Panigrahi, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that let there be a direction for working out the request of the petitioner vide Annexure-1 by the competent authority. Looking to the nature of dispute being election dispute, this Court observes in the event Annexure-1, objection was submitted in due time before the competent authority, any decision taken thereon by the competent authority may be communicated to the petitioner to find out his other option available. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation and direction made hereinabove.
