In this writ petition, the petitioners-State have challenged the order dated 20.08.2015 passed by the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.680 (C) of 2002. 3.

It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to W.P.(C) No.12241 of 2016 (State of Odisha and others v. Satyanarayan Rath and another), which has been disposed of vide order dated 26.04.2017 by this Court.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 26.04.2017 passed in W.P.(C) No.12241 of 2016 (State of Odisha and others v. Satyanarayan Rath and another), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
