1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner appears and fairly submits Order No.

that the matter being of the year 2012, a direction be issued to the learned court below for expeditious disposal of the Vigilance G.R. Case No.67 of 2012, pending before the learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar.

2. In view of the said submission, the Court directs that if the said vigilance case has not been disposed of in the meantime, be taken up and disposed of as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months hence, if there is no other legal impediment.

3. The CRLMC is disposed of accordingly.
