1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioners are in custody since 19th February, 2022 in connection with Jharsuguda G.R.P.S. Case No.60/2002 corresponding to C.T. (Sessions) Case No.16/2022 (arising out of G.R. Case No.875(A)/2002) pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Jharsuguda for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 395/397 of the I.P. C.

4. Considering the submissions made, the materials on record, the factum of submission of charge sheet and also the fact that other co-accused persons, who faced trial in the original case have since been acquitted for want of evidence, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

5. Let the Petitioners be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that they shall appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case without fail and in case of any single default, the said court shall pass appropriate orders to take him to custody again.

6. The BLAPL is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
