Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the order of rejection of the Petitioner's Bid on the ground that the same was passed without assigning any reason and without giving opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner.

Counter Affidavit has been filed by Opposite Party No.3 and in Paragraph-7 thereof, Opposite Party No.3 has assigned the reason for rejection of the bid of the Petitioner. Since the reasons has already been taken in the record itself, thereby the stand taken by the Petitioner that the reason has not been assigned is not correct.
