This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 18.04.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that there is inadvertent mistake in numbering the paragraphs of the order dated 18.04.2022. It is further submitted that in 6th line of 6th Paragraph of order dated 18.04.2022, in place of Annexure-9, Annexure-8 be mentioned.

Considering such submission, the prayer is allowed. Accordingly, correction be carried out in the order dated 18.04.2022.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
