This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioners at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on the last date on 02.05.2017. This Court by an order passed on 02.05.2017 had directed to remove the defects as pointed out by the S.R. but the same has not yet been complied. The CRLMC is pending since 08.07.2016 and in the meantime, more than six years have passed. It, therefore, pre-supposes that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the CRLMC is dismissed.
