In course of hearing, Miss Mahapatra, learned counsel submits that the Petitioner does not press the relief to quash order dated 20th January, 2022 (Annexure-8) issued by the Tahasildar, Dharakote in Lease Case No. 03 of 2003. The Petitioner only confines his prayer with regard to sustainability of Annexure-7.

Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate prays for further adjournment to address the Court as to whether there is any prohibition to alienate the property in question after expiry of ten years as provided under Section 6-A of the O.L.R. Act.
