Heard Mr. S.K. Sanganeria, learned counsel for the petitioner.

On perusal of the records, it appears that the technical bid of the petitioner has been disqualified in view of past record of poor performance and inordinate delay in completion of work as per DTCN-105 (b) and (d). Since the reason has been assigned for disqualification of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition merits no consideration and the same is dismissed.
