1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Both cases arise out of the same P.S. Case and hence, are heard together and disposed of by this common order.
3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
4. The Petitioners are in custody since 7th February, 2022 in connection with Balasore Cyber Crime and Economic Offences P.S. Case No.1/2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1/2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Balasore for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 419/420/465/467/468/471 of I.P.C. read with Sections 66-C/66D of I.T. Act.
5. The allegation is that the Petitioners falsely opened website showing address of Customer Care of Indusind Bank and obtained vital information from the customers. In so far as the present informant is concerned, the Petitioners are said to have taken away lot of money from her by obtaining her bank particulars.
6. Considering the above facts, the materials on record and the fact the investigation appears to have progressed substantially, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the Petitioners be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the following conditions:-
// 3 // (i) The court below shall insist upon two sureties for each Petitioners belonging to the district of Balasore for such amount as may be determined by it.
(ii) In BLAPL No.1982/2022, Petitioner No.1 shall furnish cash security of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), Petitioner No.2 Rs,50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand), Petitioner No.3-Rs.70,000/- (Rupees Seventy Thousand) and Petitioner No.4-Rs.11,000/- and in BLAPL No.2101/2022 the Petitioner shall furnish cash security of Rs.13,000/-(Rupees Thirteen Thousand).
(iii) They shall appear before the court in seisin over the matter on each date of posting of the case and in case of even a single default, necessary orders shall be passed by the said court to take them to custody again and they shall not leave the territorial jurisdiction of the Court without obtaining permission.
(iv) They shall appear before the I.I.C. of Balasore Cyber Crime and Economic Offences P.S., once in every month till conclusion of trial.
7. The BLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
