The Petitioners in this writ petition allege irregularity and illegality committed by the authorities in preparation of Consolidation Scheme and also allotment of land. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Kar, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to work his remedy available under the provisions of the Orissa Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation of Land Act, 1972. 4.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
