This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:

"It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the Writ application, call for the records, issue notice to the Opp. Parties and after hearing the parties direct the Opp. Parties more particularly to the Opp. Party No.1 to conduct an enquiry regarding illegal transfer of document made vide no.2664 dtd.2007 by the Opp. Party No.4 impersonating another person to be the petitioner and registered the land of the petitioner vide Khata No.57/105 Plot No.604/793 Area Ac.2.00 dec. Kissam: Taila Two of Mouza: Dhipamal Dist. Nayagarh in her favour within a time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. And issue appropriate Writ(s)/Direction(s)/ Order(s) as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper. And for this act of kindness the petitioner as on duty bound shall ever pray."

In course of hearing, Mr. Acharya, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. In support of

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
