1.
2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3.
The petitioner is in custody since 04.02.2022 in connection with Bantala P.S. Case No.222 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.987 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Angul for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 147/148/342/323/307/506/34 of IPC.

From the materials on record, it appears that the petitioner claims to be the leader of an organization, called "Rastriya Samajika Nyaya Mancha" and at his instance the other accused persons assaulted the injured and also committed the other offences. There is however, no specific overt act attributed to the petitioner.

Having regard to the above fact, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms
and conditions as the Court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail.
