This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on last date on 20.09.2022. The Petitioner by way of this application U/S. 482 Cr.P.C. seeks to quash the FIR in Gunpur P.S. Case No.92 of 2015 which was registered way back on 01.08.2015 and in the meantime, around seven years have passed. 3.

In view of the aforesaid facts, especially when no one is present for the Petitioner today and on the last occasion, it presupposes that the Petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. 4.

Hence, this CRLMC is dismissed.
