This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Chandpur P.S. Case No.24 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.69 of 2022 pending before the learned J.M.F.C., Ranpur for commission of alleged offences under sections 143, 147, 148, 341, 323, 332, 294, 353, 506, 120-B, 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

// 2 // Learned counsel for the State on instruction, submitted that the petitioner no.1 Ganeswar Mandhata has got four criminal antecedents, petitioner no.2 Deepak Kumar Routaray has got three criminal antecedents and petitioner no.3 Paresh Mishra has got two criminal antecedents.

In view of the available materials on record particularly the criminal antecedents against the petitioners, while not inclining to grant anticipatory bail to them, it is observed that in the event the petitioners surrender in the learned Court below and move for bail, the same shall be disposed of by the learned Courts below in accordance with law expeditiously. The case diary be made available before the Court concerned for disposal of the case. The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
