This writ petition involves recounting of ballot papers. Keeping in view the allegation and the result already declared, this Court finds no writ petition in this nature is entertainable at this stage. Grounds taken in opposing the action of the election authority can very well be agitated in appropriate proceeding and getting adjudicated even. Consequently the writ petition stands dismissed.
