The prosecution story is that one Raja Jayasingh stabbed the deceased repeatedly by means of a knife, while the present petitioner and the other accused persons caught hold of the deceased thereby facilitating the crime.

Considering the severity of the allegations and the availability of materials prima facie in support thereof, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore, rejected. 5.

BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
