This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to take a decision on their applications dated 29.12.2020 and reminder dated 30.03.2021 vide Annexure-6 series for conducting inspection and issuance of revalidated NOC.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have already made representations before the opposite party no.2-Director Medical Education & Training (DMET), Odisha, Bhubaneswar vide Annexure-6 series of the brief, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representations filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-6 series and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of

three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
