This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438, Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Hindol P.S. Case No.130 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 512 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Hindol for alleged commission of offences under sections 143, 147, 294, 323, 325/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to previous dispute between the parties, the case has been foisted and it is a case and counter case and the injuries sustained by the two injured persons are simple in nature, which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the State on verification of the case diary, the interim order dated 18.03.2021 is made absolute.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
