Learned counsel for the Petitioner made an allegation that for the non-functioning of the Asst. Sub-Collector, Chhatrapur, the Petitioner is unable to move her interlocutory application involving the O.P.L.E. Appeal No.1 of 2021.

Considering the allegation made by the learned counsel for Petitioner and looking to the difficulty of the Petitioner in obtaining an interlocutory order for non-functioning of the Asst. SubCollector, Chhatrapur, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs, in the event the Petitioner is in possession of the disputed property in question, status quo as on today in respect of such property shall be maintained for a period of four weeks and within which period the Addl. Sub-Collector, Chhatrapur shall do well in disposing the interlocutory application at the instance of the Petitioner.
