Learned counsel for Petitioner alleged that despite a clear objection on the entiretainability of the nomination paper of the Opposite Party No.5, there has been no consideration of the same and the nomination of the Opposite Party No.5 has been accepted and she has been allowed to contest the Election. In the meantime the process of Election in question is already over. 2.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for Petitioner, looking to the development taken place involving the Election involved herein and as the result of such Election has already been declared in the meantime, this Court directs, in the event the Petitioner had submitted the objection in due time before the

// 2 // competent authority and in the event there is already consideration of the objection of the Petitioner, result of the same shall be communicated to the Petitioner at least within a period of seven days from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. Depending on such outcome it is also open to the Petitioner to find-out any other remedies available for the purpose.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
