1. This application has been filed by the petitioner-husband under Section 407 of Cr.P.C. for transfer of Criminal Proceeding No.18 of 2014 filed by the opposite party no.1-wife under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Narasinghpur, to the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Nayagarh or to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack.

2. Mr. H.N. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the meanwhile the parties have settled the disputes between them and are staying together for which the TRP(CRL) has been rendered infructuous.

3. Considering the above submission, the TRP(CRL) is disposed of as infructous.

4. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
