This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioners in this writ petition seek to assail the order dated 7th February, 2020(Annexure-5) passed by the Joint Commissioner, Settlement and Consolidation, Cuttack in Consolidation Revision No.131 of 2012, which was dismissed for default.

Since the Petitioners have a remedy before the Joint Commissioner, Settlement and Consolidation, Cuttack to file a petition for restoration of the Consolidation Revision No.131 of 2012, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. 4.

However, dismissal of the writ petition shall not preclude the Petitioners to avail the remedy under law. (K.R. Mohapatra) ms Judge
