This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in T.R. Case No.28 of 2020 arising out of Machkund P.S. Case No.57 of 2020, pending on the files of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Koraput, under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act. 4.

Taking into account the quantity of contraband and the role ascribed to the petitioner in the Case Diary and the petitioner being a flight risk, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application. 5.

The same accordingly stands rejected.

It shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer at a later stage if so advised.
