ORDER
28.03.2022.
01.
1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The Petitioner is in custody since 2nd January, 2022 in connection with Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar P.S.
Case No.578/2011 corresponding to C.T. Case No.6903/2021 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 417/419/420/467/468/471/34 of I.P.C.

4. As it appears, in course of investigation into another case, the Police came across certain incriminating materials relating to the Petitioner and thereafter on search of his premises several articles such as Aadhaar Cards, SIM cards, Laptops, Mobile Phones etc. were found. It is alleged that the said articles were used by the Petitioner to cheat and defraud other persons. There is, however, no specific allegation of cheating any person by the Petitioner and the only allegation is that he had created such documents/articles fraudulently.
5. Considering the above facts, the materials on record, the period of detention in custody and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted in the case, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.
6. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case without fail.
7. The BLAPL is disposed of.
8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
