1. The Petitioner's representation under Annexure-3 will be examined by the Principal Secretary to Government, School and Mass Education Department (Opposite Party No.1) and after issuing notice to the Petitioner and after giving him a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 5th December, 2022 and be communicated to the Petitioner within a week thereafter. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
