This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This is an application for extension of three months' time to comply with the order dated 17th May, 2022 by which the writ petition was disposed of with the following direction: "7.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the Petitioner shall vacate the Quarter No.C/179, Sector-22, Steel Township, Rourkela by 31st December, 2022 and deliver vacant possession of the quarters to the Assistant General Manager (TS) EN, NEA & EV, Town Services Department, Rourkela Steel Plant, Rourkela-Opposite Party No.5 by that date."

Since this I.A. was filed on 3rd February, 2023, i.e. much after expiry of the period stipulated in the aforesaid order, I am not inclined to entertain the I.A.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands dismissed.
