Heard Mr. A.K. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

The impugned order dated 13th October, 2015 of the Additional Sessions Judge, Bargarh being under challenge in the present petition, which is filed on 8th March, 2022, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition after lapse of seven years.

The CRLMC is accordingly dismissed.
