Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and leaned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rajkanika P.S. Case No. 304 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 540 of 2020 pending in the court of learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Kendrapara for the alleged commission of offence under Section 376 (AB) of the IPC read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act. 4.

His application for bail was rejected by the Juvenile Justice Board against which he approached the court of Sessions, which was also rejected, against which he has approached this Court. I have gone through the materials on record including the statement of the victim, who was eight years old at the relevant time and her medical examination report. I have also considered the social investigation report. All these facts have been duly taken into consideration by the

learned Sessions Judge by rejecting the bail application. I find no reason to differ from him. The revision petition is therefore rejected. 5.

The CRLREV accordingly rejected.
