This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This petition has been filed by the Petitioner-wife for transfer of C.P. No.103 of 2020 instituted at the instance of the Opposite Party-husband from the file of the Judge, Family Court, Nayagarh to the Court of the Judge, Family Court, Paralakhemundi on the ground of threat to her life. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court is not inclined to transfer the aforesaid case to the Court of the Judge, Family Court, Paralakhemundi, but directs that C.P. No.103 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned Judge,

// 2 // Family Court, Nayagarh be transferred to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Berhampur. Both the Courts shall do the needful on production of the certified copy of this order. 5.

However, the travel expenses, if claimed by the Petitioner-wife, as determined by the Judge, Family Court, Berhampur for each date of appearance of the Petitioner-wife, the same shall be paid to her by the Opposite Party-husband. 6.

With the aforesaid order, this transfer petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
