Being aggrieved by institution of Malgodown P.S. Case No. 188 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1085 of 2020 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C.(C), Cuttack, this CRLMC has been filed.

Learned counsel for the State on instruction submits that Final Form has been submitted on 4.11.2020.

Taking into account such submission, the CRLMC is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to approach this Court at a later stage, if so advised.

The CRLMC thus stands disposed of.
