1. Mr. M. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the bail application with a prayer to direct the learned trial court for completion of the trial within a stipulated period. He submits that 12 witnesses out of 17 charge-sheeted witnesses have already been examined in the meantime.

2. Accordingly, the BLAPL is disposed of as withdrawn with a direction to the learned trial court to complete the trial by end of August, 2022.
