It is alleged that even though the Petitioner had raised the dispute in due time, there is no action involving such dispute as of now. However, since the process of election is already over, this Court finds, the writ petition is not entertainable at this stage. However, considering the request made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceeding in accordance

// 2 // with law. The question raised here can very well be raised in such proceeding.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn but with liberty as prayed for.
