This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the State.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Opposite Parties to allow the Petitioner Grade Pay of Rs.6600/- and Rs.7600/- as 2nd and 3rd RACP taking into consideration the order at Annexures-3 & 6 with all consequential financial benefits and further refixation of his retiral benefits. 4.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has filed a representation before the Opposite Party No.1 on 13.05.2019 under Annexure-4, but the said Opposite Party No.1 has not considered the representation of the Petitioner as of now. 5.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that he has no

// 2 // objection if a direction is given to the Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation of the Petitioner within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the aforesaid submission, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the Additional Chief Secretary, Forest, Environment & Climate Change Department, Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 18.11.2021 under Annexure-7 in the light of the judgment in Annexure-6 and Annexure-3 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party No.1 is also directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Any decision taken on the same shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
