Heard Mr. R.L. Pattnaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Ms. S. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel for Opposite Party - State.

The Petitioner has challenged the order issuing NBW against him in T.R. Case No.21 of 2021 by the learned Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Nabarangpur concerning offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)C/29 of the NDPS Act.

3.

In course of hearing learned counsel for the Petitioner submits to withdraw the petition with liberty to surrender before the concerned court and move for bail.

4.

Accordingly the CRLMC is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.

5.

In the event the Petitioner surrenders within a period of four weeks from today and moves for bail, his prayer for bail shall be considered in accordance with law.

6.
