Heard Mr.S.R.Subudhi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Zafrulla, learned Addl. Standing Counsel. 3.
According to Mr.Subudhi, the petitioner is aggrieved by non-disposal of I.C.C. Case No. 342 of 2018 pending before the learned J.M.F.C., Bhubaneswar. Accordingly, he prays that a direction be issued to the learned J.M.F.C., Bhubaneswar to dispose of the above noted case within specific time period.

Considering the innocuous nature of prayer and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the learned J.M.F.C., Bhubanesswar to make all endeavour for disposing of the above noted case in accordance with law within a period of six months, if there is no other impediment.
