This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.

It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that the writ application has been disposed of by order dated 17.03.2022 but in paragraph-4 of the said order, it has been wrongly mentioned as "Opposite Party No.1" instead of "Opposite Party No.4". Hence, modification has been sought for.

Accordingly, it is directed that in 4th line of paragraph-4 of the order dated 17.03.2022 " Opposite Party No.4" be indicated in place of "Opposite Party No.1".

With the aforesaid modification the I.A. stands disposed of. 6.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
