Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State. Perused the F.I.R. and the materials on record.

Upon perusal of the F.I.R. and after hearing the learned counsels for the parties, the Investigating Officer is directed to comply with the mandatory procedure under Section 41-A, Cr.P.C., as has been directed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Arnesh Kumar vs. State of Bihar and another, (2014) 8 SCC - 273. 4.
