Recording the statement made by the learned counsel for Petitioner that pleadings in C.P. No.503 of 2016 are already completed and the matter is ready for hearing, this Court directs the learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack to conclude the proceeding vide C.P. No.503 of 2016 at least within a period of nine months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. Petitioner is prohibited from taking any unnecessary adjournment in the Court below.
