Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Since the order impugned is appealable one, Mr. R.N. Behera, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to prefer appeal before the appellate forum in accordance with law.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to prefer appeal before the appellate forum in accordance with law. Needless to say, if the petitioner files interim application for grant of interim protection, the appellate authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.

Interim order dated 02.03.2021 passed in I.A. No. 3633 of 2021 stands vacated.
